How it works.

Selection is based on technical ability, project fit, and commitment to Bitcoin open source.
Onboard
Month 1 is environment setup, mentor matching, codebase orientation, and first small PR.
Build
Months 2-5 are focused contribution, weekly check-ins, and open status updates.
Graduate
Month 6 ends with review, demo, and paths into long-term contribution, roles, or extended contribution.
